Mar 24th Meeting: Breastfeeding 101

Join us for our March meeting as we discuss "Breastfeeding 101: How to Get the Best Start."

We'll talk about how to prepare for breastfeeding before the baby arrives and then, what steps to take following birth, to give you and your baby every advantage of getting breastfeeding off to the right start! We'll also discuss breastfeeding resources - books, websites and local resources - and invite our attendees to share their experiences and information. Our discussion will be led by Jennifer Steinbach, a DONA-certified postpartum doula with breastfeeding support experience.

Our monthly meetings are free and open to the public (dads, partners and babies are welcome!) and are held at 6:30pm every 4th Tuesday of the month at BirthMark, 33 Bishop Hollow Rd., Newtown Square.

Join us for support, information, snacks, and access to our lending library!

See you there!

About Born In the USA:
Meet three birth caregivers—a obstetrician, a nurse-midwife, and a licensed homebirth midwife—each with a dramatically different idea about what constitutes best care for birthing women. Learn how they see their work and what factors—medical, legal, and cultural—influence women's choices in the birthing room.

"The best film on birth in America."
